SNUGTOP, a leading manufacturer of truck caps and tonneau covers, has added Claudia Williams, Export Manager, and Silvano Gonzalez, Customer Service Manager, to its Long Beach, CA headquarters staff.

Williams earned a Bachelor's degree in Import & Export from the University Landau/Koblenz in and has nearly a decade's management experience with and German firms; the most notable of which was Michelin Tire. She is fluent in English, French, and German...and presently studying Spanish.

In announcing Williams' hiring, SNUGTOP president Hartmut Schroeder said, "Claudia is uniquely qualified for the Export Manager's position. She has excellent credentials, is a skilled communicator, and will surely enhance SNUGTOP's global operations.

Gonzalez, who grew up locally and attended Long Beach City College, brings 15 years of extensive customer service experience to SNUGTOP --including stints at such high level firms as Sprint PCS and United Airlines.
